Observations.

Hey all, 

long time since I've checked on this board or contributed. There is a few things I have seen and have some questions for other holders? 

since learning of the LOI from Moshun Media I tried to do my due diligence to learn what it is Moshun Medi does. Despite various queries I have yet to find anything about what they do. Projects they have completed or really anything. Not sure if any one has any info on them. 

the other thing I have observed since halted is that the recent acquisition of Render could be very fruitful. With news releases prior to the halt that they have agreements with Amouranth and Code Miko. Those are two too streamers on twitch and if they have partnership agreements those would be in my view great revenue streams and customers for YDX.

lastly with Zuckerburgs meta verse and this companies presence in creating digital exhibits. I see a lot of potential for this company to pivot to produce exhibits in that meta verse. With things like NFTs and decentralized worlds YDX to me has a great opportunity to add to that market with there products from Arkave and all the exhibits they do with artists. 

curious others thoughts. I still don't have high hopes here but would love to see what the financials are. I am really struggling to understand how this has remained halted for so long.

Regarding Moshun I am pretty sure it is just a SPAC/Shell company, so essentially Moshun acquires, then renames Moshun to whatever "Global Tech Company" and re-IPOs/issues more shares at higher price. Agree the recent acquistion should have fundamental tracktion for this company, there are alot of other VR companies that are ahead of YDX in terms of North American exposure which is more

Well been almost 3 months since I made this post, surprised there hasnt been any news releases, since all the bulls on this board have been dead silent I assume no one has reached out to the company....their Q4 must not have been good, I think if they have traction Q1 + Q2 this year we may see the takeover come back into light later this year but will remain halted. I mean if they can't make something happen in this tech boom...I don't know....VR, Web3, blockchain, etc etc whatever other tech words, position your company to be attractive. Just saw a partnership between a blockchain company and Esports company...hopefully Daniels words are true in meaning, trading resuming & bright future. Not just a empty SPAC deal.

Well the target of Q2 has come and gone, and news in Q3 about any negotiations/resume of trading has been zip. Very surpised this isnt figured out yet...very poor execution. I presume when this resumes it will be a slaughter of downward pressue people just wanting out even at 80/90% losses

YDX has been halted for 18 months now. I'm thinking it will be a miracle for it to come back. Like you say, if it ever resumes trading, nearly everyone will be scrambling for the exits.

The only hope of light is that some of the companies are seemingly still doing business/active on socials. The other positive light is because of their reverse share split, only like 25M shares outstanding, which is fairly attractive for another round of public or private placements, depending how how or if this takeover happens. Only issue pre-pandemic company was maybe worth at a 2x premium

Last year the company had its best revenues since the Rio 2016 Olympic Games and 2022 is looking even better. Doesnt really make sense, if company has good revenue why would they need capital just for re-listing? Fullfill that yourself...and capital for what? To pay accountant? Stop paying huge salaries & expensing BS things with a startup company and actual turn profit first. They missed the boat with M&A in 2017-2019 when they had some hype, I'm not even sure what kind of tech they use but

Anyone on this board have any insights to any updates? Of course I am not yet thinking about removing the security from account and realizing the loss, but sure hope they are considering and prioritizing shareholders when things get rolling again

New group? Meaning new shell company? New refinancing? New issuing of shares? Not a good sign company is so reliant on outside capital still.......

It's nearing 2 years of the stock being suspended from trading. There'll be a rush for the exits should YDX ever resume trading...

Personally I wouldnt be rushing to exit given the already poor stock performance wouldnt really be saving anything....I'd say depends what kind of news they come out with before trading is unhalted, and presuming updated financials would be filed so seeing how that looks, to my understanding parent company and subsidiaries are still fully operating so revenue should be coming into
