Makes one wonder how a educated man with multiple degrees can lead a company to its current position. I honestly believe that he has no place making decisions with other people’s money. By not meeting Venture conditions for months and allowing the stock to stay halted he was taken away the opportunity from investors to claim their tax loss and apply it to their profitable investments. It does make you wonder who is calling the shots. Is the CEO accountable to the board or is the board accountable to the CEO. Brian Imrie is listed as Chairman. Two board members stepped away -- for unspecified reasons. The four that are left other than Skafel himself are pretty well qualified persons in the industry and with good experience and integrity behind them. What role, if any, are they

They are all loaded to begin with. I agree that those 2 left early as they did have something of a reputation left. This quiet time has been spent finding someone to buy the patents and this company out. When they do come out with numbers it will be followed by the news the company has been bought for peanuts but the board members and Andrew (who used his funds to do those

Funny thing is rather than pony up a little money to complete the financials and salvage reputation they chose to remain silent. Not even the largest single shareholder Duane could put back some of the money he twice took out to prevent the damage that has occurred. It takes an empty release that the guy who probably has the least money of the entire group is giving the company a loan. Why was
