I wonder

What do I wonder now? Well, I wonder why there is no news or deals or financing or, gosh, world peace.

But to the point. It's been two months since Handy disclosed this fabulous POC had happened. Obviously by this point they had had the results for some time. Let's say it was a month. So it's been 3 months they sat on the info.

So in this amount of time they couldn't put together a financing? No one was willing to pony up to support the tech that's 18x's better than the best the tech world has been able to deliver? Seriously, Plume can raise $270M from a single VC and Yfi can't raise $2M.

So, I'm speculating here, in order to be able to leverage this world breaking news the last option was a couple of 13% $100K loans? I mean good on them. Any port in the storm.  With the halt over they could break out the trumpets and here we are. In seven days the same news was released twice. Last week they got .12 out of the news. This week they got .025. It's hard to be excited by the same news.

Anyway, I know the baggies are all dreaming of the big deals that are cooking. But if they had any insight they'd be asking why dinner wasn't served long ago.

Do you know the expression To be born before the time??? I supose that is  this case here.... The first fuel injection are appear in 1940 in fighter aircraft Why this technology was not put in all car models car,  because the old generation fuel regulator was effficace, why in 2021 all model of car are build have fuel injector ??? Because the time is now.

Wrong. It's because catalytic converters need cars that have fuel injection. Hence the shift in the early 90's.  You know about as much about cars as you do wifi apparently.

I wonder if "spartans" dude and "digital" what's-his-face are company-paid shills. Very curious they both showed up right as the company seemingly resurrects after half a year of dead silence. Coincidentally, that's plenty of time to get a P&D gameplan together and hire a couple of tools like these clowncars, if they were so inclined. One last cash grab before ...more

The company had to put out that 2nd news release as a CYA maneuver (probably on advice of counsel) because the first one borders dangerously close on making false statements. Even in this latest NR they make every effort to imply (i.e., creating the impression without actually stating it because that would be a lie) that they performed this POC with real live Edgewater Wireless hardware devices ...more

It was a test about tier 1 service, If you want insinuated that Edgewater had  only take a simulation to made test It not legal too because to told about service tier 1 You must have two systems wiresless who exchange without internet. Edgewater must have this materiel in hand.

Interesting point. Re-reading I have to say it's curious. The second release really doesn't have any tangible new info, it just regurgitates the last release but does have a modicum more depth. I suppose if you were trying to be a bit more transparent this might be your approach. But as you said it doesn't explicitly clear things up, which isn't a surprise. It they wanted to be ...more

The 2nd NR was not an after thought but the company or its lawyers. It was a response to a bunch of shareholders emailing the CEO and asking WTF?     From: Xxxxxxxxxxx Date: March 2, 2021 at 9:40:53 AM MST To: AndrewS@edgewaterwireless.com Subject: Shareholder Question   Hi Andrew, It is not clear to me and many others just how the proof ...more

They're just a couple of the usual clowns that show up when a stock gets hot. They don't even know what Yfi does.
Comment by paracelcius on Mar 09, 2021 9:20pm
[/quoteI think effectively that there is a clown here, He see the value of shares grow since a few days and He is too stupide to buy low and sell high. This is, the real stupidity !!! that's it .
