look at the order flow of the bids.  Bids are put in and removed all the time.  When stock starts to move they put up a blocker and layoff the buying.   Otc stocks with no chance have a better order flow and are worth way more then edgewater.  The order flow is a direct result of managements marketing.  I think andrew understands that but doesnt care.
