Select year 2022 and Granted options. Reward yourself for succeeding. This is part of the problem. Like I posted before. Senior executives were required to own shares in the company equivalent to a single year salary or multiple years depending on position.  This tied their personal success with the company's success. Whether you suffer from dyslexia, ADD, or a combination of both, it only adds up to a host of other problems you seem to suffer. Now, maybe you could further expound by explaining how to jump from my phrase "recalibrate your measure of success," to your interpretation as "redefining success"? Might be best to use an example other than Baltimore for your Grade 1 analogy. Would you believe not one single student in 23 schools in Baltimore tested proficient in math this last year -- and possibly English as well.
