Food for thought.

Gas Stations with Free Air Pumps Near Me

While decades back, almost all gas stations offered free air, many nowadays only provide air pumps that you have to pay for. Paid air pumps can cost you anywhere from $1 to $2 per fill. If you’re looking to save money, then that’s not ideal.

Airing up your tires for free can save you money and ensures that your car stays fuel-efficient and the tires last longer – again saving you money!

While many gas stations do charge customers for air, there are still many out there that offer free air. We’ve listed these gas stations below.

Funny how a compressor pumping free air costs $2 to fill a bike tire. Would anyone sell 40 shares to fill a bike tire at a gas station? Dilution,  never been a good idea.  How many outstanding shares?  Who's going to buy the company LGRN?

Presumably you are paying for the electricity to provide the free air. Just wait until we go more and more EV's and couple that with more and more windmills and solar panels and see how much the elctricity will cost then. Maybe $5 to fill your bike tire -- all in the name of saving the planet - re Greta.

If Andrew was a decent ceo maybe we could had made some money on this pig to fill up said tires down the road. By that time comes around he will be selling 5,000,000 to pay for parking when he goes to google headquaters to take a picture of the front door and then leave again.

Hahahaaha,  I remember the infamous Matt Massey tweet that had everyone talking. Multiple irons in the fire,  have to get the secret sauce just right and they hit it out of the park. So many memorable quotes from this company and its employees. Time has coloured these quotes and let everyone see them for what they are. They got to travel the world and attend trades shows to promote this ...more

Solar and wind generated energy is about the same as hydro power now. And it will only get cheaper, not more expensive. You are behind a few years Pandora. EV's will be getting 1000 Km  per charge in a few years. Fill up time will be about the same as gas. No more costly rere earth elements either. There are being phased out already. Imagine if we had started developing green energy 50 ...more

No RS -- I am not behind, I am ahead, so I will not be around to see how badly they screw things up before they get it right. I'm sure you will enjoy it all. Have you bought your Tesla yet? Have you got a windmill in your backyard yet? Are you encouraging the powers that be that you are willing? Have your neighbours willingly opted to pay subsidies for your Tesla and associated charging ...more

Oh, you want to talk about susidies? We gave $4.5 billion in tax and royalty subsidies to big oil in 2022. since 2018 we have subsidized oil pipelines by $23 billion. There is a small subsidy on early adaptors for buying an EV (UP TO$3000). What's the subsidy on charging satations? Tesla doesn't get a dime. Home owners get a tiny amount. Keeps a few electricians busy too. Just ...more

World runs on diesel. Pharma drugs are dependent on petro chemicals. The petro chemical industry has touched everything we use daily. Electric ford truck is a commuter vehicle at best. A friend bought one for his company and it can't be used as a work truck as he can't make a day towing a work trailer.  Long ways to go.

That's like saying that a friend bought a CRT tv and it is big and heavy with poor resolution. It's not false but it's not fair either. Ford is not known for ingenuity and their pickup is about what I expected from them. They just needed to get something on the market. Tesla sold 36 Semi's to Pepsico and they have been running the first ones for over 6 months. Mo complaints ...more
