Or takeover ... is there not any thing shareholders or baggies could do to hold managment responsible lowing and destroying investment in every pp since 2011 ... will be 10 or 20 to 1 roll back with transfer of ip to Duane who sold shares md killed the stock... now hope Duane does not benefit for screwing people over
