Something is wrong in the way they did the last finnancing. That could be pretty serious, especially when KPMG couldn't find a way to solve (hide, rework, undo, renegotiate, etc.) it in a year. Thats where at least some of the nervousness is coming from, IMO.

I should have also said that the problem could be in the way they recorded the transaction, but that seems like an easier fix for KPMG without all this drama and delay. We'll find our soon enough. ;-)

That`s much better Royal, although it still remains an opinion until the facts are released.  Of course lots of new opinions have now been created as to why this wasn`t included in your original post to avoid any unnecessary drama.
