IN THE MATTER OF EDGEWATER WIRELESS SYSTEMS INC. REVOCATION ORDER Under the securities legislation of Ontario (Legislation)

Background
1. Edgewater Wireless Systems Inc. (the Issuer) is subject to a failure-to-file cease trade order (the FFCTO) issued by the Ontario Securities Commission (the Principal Regulator) on September 1, 2023.
2. The Issuer has filed the periodic continuous disclosure documents required under the Legislation.

Interpretation
Terms defined in National Instrument 14-101 Definitions and National Policy 11-207 Failure-to-File Cease Trade Orders and Revocations in Multiple Jurisdictions have the same meaning if used in this order, unless otherwise defined.

Order
3. The Principal Regulator is satisfied that the order to revoke the FFCTO meets the test set out in the Legislation for the Principal Regulator to make the decision. 4. The decision of the Principal Regulator under the Legislation is that the FFCTO is revoked.

The last time they got their revocation of a CTO (Jan 14 2021), it took over 5 weeks to resume trading (Feb 19, 2021).  Just say'n.
