Were they forced to be on this junior exchange? Why aren't they trading in the TSX again?  What ticker does Plume trade under?   Being on a exchange is the only way for a company to raise money now?  When Engim developed the technology and secured the patents did they have issues raising capital?  $30M plus raised and end result was no commercial success. Do you think that these patents were the diligent work of Edgewater Wireless?  Did Engim play no part in developing this technology?  Is it not obvious that Engim was far better capitalized and positioned to find commercial success?  The zenith was a patent sale which tied Apple to buying a non core patent which ignited a firestorm of interest. I would venture a guess that the Apple patent sale proceeds exceeded what yfi purchased the complete patents for. How many shares did the CEO sell again at the zenith?  Would you consider the Cablelabs announcement another Zenith moment?  The years have shown this company as it truly is. Love the arguement but the attacks are a little more subtle then Scammy  

When did you invest into this company or are you an investor?  Your history is as colourful as this company's. Do you recieve compensation to post on this board or other boards?  Again, simple questions that will not get answered.  Are you familiar with Andrew and the company?  Have you meet all the employees at the corporate headquarters?  Do you know Sam?  Do you work with Sam?

Would this company be considered an investment or gamble?  Who would you assign fault or blame to in this most recent CTO?  Please feel free to reference previous CTO's if it will aid you in providing a believable answer. 

Simple answer please and thanks as all your wisdom and honesty might be too much for the board to digest. Do you think Edgewater should provide a disclaimer to anyone wishing to purchase shares that are not directly involved with the industry and its practices?  Sam thinks only people with a deep understanding of Wifi3,4,5,6,7 Spectrum stealth mode splicing only be allowed to invest. The biggest problem with that is they won't.

Technologically advanced investment on the Venture exchange which is exactly where you find semi conductor investors looking to change the wifi world?  Far too complicated for most everyone to understand and yet no disclaimer or vetting of investors?  Isn't that strange then?  Why even have this company listed
