I cant imagine being one of the Deb baggies who bought debt convertible at $.12 when they are now offering the same paper at .05. Then again they did rope a passel of $.60 bagsters a while back. Im amazed these folks are too thick to understand a pittance of cash keeps the doors open, but does nothing for long term success. Unless I guess your investing strategy is Andy Makes a Miracle.

you can spin garbage into gold lendoveo.  Timing with a company or a specific product is a difficult thing at times, especially with a product thats just starting to get recognitin that it can finally be usefull.   The chart showed an obvious valuation by the market at about 10 million over the last 18 months and thats where the private placement came in.  No surprises here.

The chart showes this company droppong from a valuation of $18 million to hitting well below $9 million many times in the last 18 months. Currently about $8.5 million. A 50 times throughput advertised 12 years ago, to 30 times throughput years later, to 18 times throughput, to 8 times throughput. Shouldn't it be going the other way? I wonder that the reality actually is. Would you
