We all know how to establish MCap Doofus (OSs Xs SP), but only someone as dumb as you believes it represents a meaningful valuation of a company such as YFI for buy out purposes or debt financing.

I am surpised the company that sold you your junior business degree over the internet never gave you a heads up.  You should ask for your money back.

I will give you a tip though. Once you develop a good eye for it based on suitable knowledge and experience, it is a good tool to use when trying to determine whether co.s such as mining exploration are overpriced or not.
