There is still no sign of a pending Patent Application for Edgewater in the U.S. Patent Office.

You can tell this is all one big lie when you see the part "edgewater generates revenue"

Could be that they just changed the definition of the word revenue to something that better suits their situation. We all remember the repeated use of the word start up.

89,000 traded in  the U.S. (KPIFF). 73,000 in Canada with only 3000 of that on the Venture. As of 10:40 a.m.

If they're handing out free samples I would feel more confident if their "new" patent was at least at the pending status. No sign of it yet on the USPTO site.
