I see a farmer who planted a seed 8 years ago in the hope it would germinate, blossom, and emerge into a plant that would destroy his neighbours workings and goals.

 While his neighbour invested his time and scant resources to patiently nuture his objectives, TDMAN29 chose to allocate his efforts to cyberspace with the intent to disparage his neighbour in whatever way he could.  His logic being: "If I figuratively cut off his head on a bullboard forum, everyone reading my posts will surely think of me as the taller man and therefore will heed my word."  As an added effort, from what we have read and witnessed, TDMAN29 thought it was sound corporate strategy to brand himself as the epitome of corporate success by constantly heralding how great he was. And the proof that supported his boasts?  Zero, zip! Just take his word for it. lol

So, looking back 8 years to today i am still waiting for TDMANs` seed potato to germinate and poke its nose above the soil.  On the other hand, his neighbours goals and objectives in comparison seem to be be progressing quite wel, with even the added nourishment and support from many other entities who obviously chose to ignore the rants, disparagements, and babblings of TDMAN29 on a bullboard.

We spent a ton of money on patent lawyers.  We had a real product, number one rated in the world. Edgewater has no sales to defend the patents, so it doesnt matter what they are worth. The valuation of $90M to $180M by Avon and released by the company is not supported by financial fact.
