PCT FAQs (wipo.int)

From what I gather, the most efficient way to get actual international peotection is the PCT method, rather than one at a time. It looks like a minimum of 30 months. Anyone can weigh in here to verify.

Looks to me like an actual worldwide patent, if successful, is likely 2-1/2 years away, unless we hear otherwise. I wonder what the actual details are when the appplication information gets filed. Our USPTO resident expert Pandora i'm sure is on the lookout. :-) Of course since once they have a patent pending status they are somewhat protected with a possible threat should they get a patent.& ...more
