LOI is an LOI

Rim. job, Ramjob, clown. All easy names, low hanging fruit and easy to say. Its like calling a women fat. No creativity and really low level insults.

I don't know why your assuming I miss anything at all. I'm curious about your reading comprehension myself. But I don't stoop to name calling, or wild assumptions. Do I need to put disclaimers in the bottom of my posts for you to see that I read posts in entirety and have a decent understanding of the English language? No of course not.

Where did you read the company requires 400 dollars to compete these samples they appear close to competing? That's is not what the release said. So how do you read that and not everybody else? And as for delivery, We can't sell something if we don't have something, so when it is finished and it looks like this calander year, we will know. If I add shares, I consider myself a new shareholder. So I am comfortable waiting here. Had a bid filled yesterday

No way the company can go to market for money, no way.

What name were you using before Stockhouse deleted your account?  How many companies did you pump with identical posts?  Why would you do that?  Low level insults for a low level pumper. Where's Fetch?  Can you let him back into the light?

So just to be sure, what your saying is, at the bare minimum, a 400 000 dollar order in whatever currency, whatever the terms, a 400 000 dollar order means Edgewater needs 400 000 cash to make the order? That's how you perceive this news?  So no profit?

It means they have no money which is easily verifiable. Let's play your game and say they have 50% margin in that. They still dont have $200k but we getting very ahead of ourselves. They have had requests for years and why no samples?  What was your user name that got deleted?

For a small order I think if down the road they met everything they needed to if they had a PO in hand anybody would finance that with the Canadian government. I'm not playing any games. I'll go with that. I don't know what the margins are here, 30%? 40%? This is not a low margin industry. It's just extremely high risk and only a few people or companies control market.  ...more

A comment or two. You're not wrong about tech margins in general. But to produce the product to fulfill a $400K order, if this is for the new new chip, would require large capital expenditures. They would far outweigh the revenue generated. Production alone on such a small volume would be exorbitant. As for financing the I’m not sure why you think the Canadian govt is going to back a deal.
