When you see Leo replace it with Sam. The Queen of Projection lol. Too funny.

Why did it take this long for a statement?  Why didn't you mention that in your post?

"If you wonder why leo has chosen an anonymous chatroom  to ferment his thoughts you only have to read his last post. While doing so, picture leo as a prosecutor in a public courtroom attempting to convince the judge to support his argument by the usage of his following words and phrases.

However, before we begin, it is imperative to visualize leo with a balaclava over his head while taling to the judge.

Judge: "You look absolutely ridiculous. Who are you? What is your name? And why are you here?"

Leo:"It`s a secret who I am, but the reason I am here is because I love attention and want to be famous."

Judge: "Well, I don`t have anything else on my desk for today and I could use a few laughs.  Go ahead and your thing."

Leo presents his response to YFIs commentary to the judge.

Judge: " First of all Mr. Leo I can well understand why you have that bag over your head, and the fact that you hang out in chatrooms to forward your arguments. What surprises me is that your belief that you have elevated your commentary to be deserving of my ear."

" When listening to your summation I noticed that you have a likening for the use of particular words and expressions. These being: "seems to me; by someone, lot`s of other stuff,; that seems like; the fact that they hired an unknown co. apears; ??????? Avon seems; maybe I am wrong; mostly I wonder why; they would seem."

That`s enough Mr. Leo. You have not only reached my humor satisfaction level for the day, you have also proved to be a total waste of this court rooms time. Law is obviously not your forte. Have you ever considered a career in mime where you don`t have to open your mouth or think?  It SEEMS like you would be good at it ,and it also APPEARS to me your appearance  would even evoke a smile from the audience. MAYBE I am wrong, MOSTLY I`m not, and it also APPEARS that I SEEM to be always right."

Since you ignored my previous comment I will mention it again. You clearly speak to someone at the company Under the guise of somebody else. Someone who is not mad and full of anger. You should reach out to that person and ask why and let us all know like you have done previously. Leo hit the nail on the head. This looks regulatory to me. Companies that just go and put unauthorized news out ...more

You could always try putting a name to the person you are directing your post at -- at least that would not be open to a person ignoring your message because it was a little ambiguous.

Avon was not called out. They are not a public company. As a public company Yfi has a responsibility to ensure any info disseminated about it is accurate. They clearly didn't bother to do that.

They claim that they haven’t seen the specifics of the report, citing only a few numbers. Despite this, they advise conducting your own due diligence on the patent portfolio. My argument remains valid.   To me it's cleaning up a mess they didn't make.

You should give Avon a call. They might be able to provide another perspective.

Also, Yfi failed in their fiduciary responsibility to shareholders to clarify details that are put out into the market. So why do it now? Someone told them to.

They claim?  Does that seem believable that they haven't seen the report?  What was the company trying to achieve by reaching out and engaging a global player like itself?  I'm sure Andrew did his due diligence before engaging with Avon. Why wait 6 months to address the release?  Who would benefit more from the release?
