No surprises. Funny how the first line in the financials references they are for Rogue Resources. Nice proof reading. The incorrect data in the financial summary of the MD&A is also a nice touch. God to see the auditor and the BOD did a bang up job proof reading.

The only thing that really stands out is how little they spend. It's bacically enough to employ 1.5 people, runs an office ans support some patent work. Which dovetails with what they said. The last year they have basically just tried to advance their IP work.

Also notable is they somehow wrote off over $400K of payables. Wonder how that works.

With cash on hand at $100K four months ago the cupboards are lost based by now.
