What’s stopping us?

And let’s set aside the issue of funding for a moment—the company appears to be in a decent financial position without the need for significant dilution, given that it has reached this step in the semiconductor/silican process. Has anyone examined the current state of the Canadian venture capital market? It’s hard to say exactly how much support this company has received from government programs, but to those constantly raising concerns like “one big issue and they’re out of cash,” or repeating the same warnings of an impending “cash call” (and by the way, the world didn’t collapse as predicted by the same individual), I’d say we need to reevaluate the situation.

Yes, at some point the company will need more capital—anyone can see that—but they’ve made it to this packaging phase, and who knows how much further they’ve progressed. So, what exactly is going to hold us back now?

From my perspective, this emerging technology has the potential to transform the Wi-Fi industry, but there’s still development needed before it’s fully realized.

The next 6-12 months are going to be very exciting.

10 yrs waiting, through many undeveloped fabulous arrangements, 2-3 hopes of 2 years to see major revenue streams.  So where are we now? In a up to a year wait ,to be able to send samples of chips out to take 1-2 years to be tested to bring revenue in 2 years after commercialization (if approved).  I can barely contain my enthusiasim.

This is the second time you have said a year. If you look at the process the chip goes through from beginning of production to end, packaging is a final phase. Where do you get a year anyways? The few most recent new pieces have indicated this year and even shipping prior to the end.  I strongly suspect before the end of this year  potential customers will be able to hold an 100 ...more

LOL. Let's review. They have 1.5-2 employees and a temp. Just a bit of a red flag. They have next to no cash. Doing business with no money is difficult. They have been raising ever decreasing amounts due to investor fatigue. They have received a govt loan. That's it, that's all. They are competing against behemoths who aren't about to just let their business be taken ...more

And despite all this, they are within weeks or months to be releasing a commercially viable chip.

Do you think this is the first time shareholders have been weeks or months away over the last decade?  Just asking and remember that this is nothing. New to shareholders. 190M shares not diluted enough?

Allegedly.

They have recieved a government loan.  Thats it thatrs all. While Leo the stalker clown has been posting for 4 years, insiders have gained how many 10s of millions of shares at 5 cents or greater without tears. Leo been crying for 4 years.   The fact that they touted wifi7 with the product to me indicates that the technology works best .  I think there is a clue. Arnt 5 ...more

"insiders have gained how many 10s of millions of shares at 5 cents or greater without tears"   Zero.  Read the insider reports dummy.
Comment by digital130 on Sep 09, 2024 3:01pm
Why do I need to read the insider report leo.  Insiders have been funding the company for 3 years at prices greater thenb 5 cents. Give it a rest leo.
Comment by leodevoe on Sep 09, 2024 3:09pm
I guess because then you might actually have a clue. And insiders have funded almost zip. Which you would know if you read the report.

That's not true at all. A loan with interest that is regularly paid by issuing shares. Not in the best interest of the shareholders. The CEBA loan is now at $60k with the $20k no longer forgiveable upon repayment date. No payments made that I saw but they did pay other loans.
