How about we make Royal our gopher for everything expert?
Nothing would really change in Royals life other than the fact he could now act on behalf of all existing and prospective shareholders of YFI.
Considering that over the years we are his targeted audience, and in a very strong sense his prospective customers, this all makes such sense. In hindsight can you begin to imagine what we could have learned from existing strategies re: patent protection specifically applicable to our portfolio if we directed him to do just that.
And here we are today not knowing whether our butts are exposed for all world experts to see and laugh at. Hence, the only logical thing I suggest we should do at this time is commission Royal to make a few phone calls to both Arm, and Silicon Catalyst and enquire whether their concerns align with his.
Can you imagine Royal reporting back to us and stating that he had just talked to Nick Kepler and Nick stated: " It was so good to hear from you Royal. Sorry I haven`t had the time to read your posts on YFI lately, and after what you just told me I can`t be sorry enough. How could we have spent months vetting all aspects of YFI and have overlooked the subject of patent protection? I am certain that this would not have happened if the BOD and top global advisors had followed my advice to start reading your posts daily. that was months ago. Thanks for the heads up and I will be phoning Arm immediately."

Someone most definitely needs to act on the shareholders behalf. Finally we agree on something Sam. Thats what the company is missing and you actually agree.
