We have a lot of land and it will eventually come down to have to use it or lose it ....so he is using it. GP has plenty on his plate with his known gold targets and is clearly focused on them. Pretty sure we should see some progress news on his targets soon.

Great deal . This puts another explorer on the property that is a paying partner that puts up all the money and if they find gold or silver it is all ours. Brilliant. I do recall when CF minerals - Chuck Fipke - had a huge land parcel around what is now Ekati, and he had to make choices on what to keep and what to let go as BHP came into the picture in a big way. They had to focus on the best of what they had which they did and did well.....the so called shrapnel was the diavik mine and others. GP is ahead of the game and thinking well into the future and is

I did some research on Midas. They are small but the CEO is a heavy weight. He put a mine together from IPO to almost 2 billion dollars today in 9 years. That is impressive. They will have to get our deal financed so we will see if they can. The $100,000 down payment is a sign they are serious. The more I see the more I like the deal. The market does not seem to care. What else is new?

He and Gerald have things in common... they are movers.... does not surprise me.... nice to see.  and I agree they can work off the con site at will, but i suspect he wants this results from that deep hole sooner than later - just guessing.
