Deep hole #2

We are curently around 200 meters into it and I can confirm that we are not paying for the mistake in deep hole#1. It looks like we have enough money to put this hole in the books if it all goes as planned. No more mistakes please operator. We should hit the con shear soon and the campbell shear around 6-8 weeks after that. As it turns out this one deep hole (including wedges) is going to be for all the marbels. There is also a good chance we get an extention on the con mine agreement. That would give the market time to catch up to GP before we have to do another cheap financing we realy do not want to do at these levels.

Sounds like Baby steps for next couple of months. The big reveal will be the wedges into Campbell shear, but who knows what the Con shear reveals as we go in to that uncharted territory of the Campbell below and to the south of a well understood and very rich past producer deposit. we know we have a hundred plus million  dollars 5000 ft deep existing shaft to work from ...are there Jewlery ...more

Looking at the big pickture you are correct Red. Let me clarify what I meant by all the marbels .I do not beleive there will be a third deep hole unless the market improves dramaticly and we hit a hot pocket in several spots. Let's be realistic. GP can only do what the budget allows him to do and he has done a great job so far with what he got. What we need most is a turn around in sentiment ...more

I get your point .... plenty of low cost drilling options on YGT claims of which the first holes north of town brought us lots of gold and much significant areas to drill, unfortunately that won't happen this winter .... on the other hand he did lots in previous summers ... kinda a given if he can ... remember there were several open on all directions.
Comment by CaseProdemo on Feb 18, 2024 9:52pm
Yes I also beleive he just got started. If he had the funds he could probably find another 5 million ouces. That's not happening in this market. His next priority should be a feasabilyty study after he gets this hole done and adds at least one million ounces to the count. The gold in the ground only means something if he can get it out for less that $ 1000 per ounce. You can get the ball ...more

No question More is better, more higrade he finds the better the chances of getting gold out for less cost per Oz. the man finds gold with every hole drilled, no good reason to expect what we are doing now won't produce good results. He has plenty of options to drill as well at con and north. Depending on how good the results are from this hole, could be, to my thinking, the kicker to much ...more

When GP finds the next millions of Oz's at con and confirm he is going to move to FS, it hard to believe that study would not include a new mil at con vs one 20 min north of town on his north claim. All things considered at con in town he has, shaft, power, WTP, roads, huge area of site prep, permited mine site etc literally hundreds of millions of infrastructure in place existing ....IMO he ...more

That's great Red. I also beleive his number one option is to built on the Con site but as always he gives the powers to be an alternative.GP is smart. Do not deny us for one reason or another plan B is in place. It gives the doggs a bone and makes the opposition look unreasonable if they attac both options. There are always people who do not want it no matter if it will save the town and make ...more

The vote that counts is the YK dene First Nations who will control what happens on all land around YK ... North and south and east and west lol) so i would say is in their hands ... GP works hard on that relationship.  they have a significant mine construction company Deton Cho ( they built and operated the only RE mine in Canada at Thor lake off great slave lake so that speaks volumes ...more

That is helpfull Red. I would think GP will get them involved in the build and create a win win. Nothing wrong with that. I do the same thing in my job , hire local first before looking at outsiders even if it is a bit more money that always pays off in goodwill and makes the project go smooth. I plan to be here for the long haul as long as GP is running it.

It's the way of the north, Apache did so with Deton cho at Thor lake and it was one of the first times I have seen little or no opposition, especially given the environmental sensitivity of the Thor lake great slave lake area in relation to land claims areas....spoke volumes about indigenous involvement. And mining projects.....but the kicker he is that they performed on site.  Our city ...more

That is so true. Find more gold or prove it is there. We al know it is close. GP can walk and chew gum at the same time. Get the FS done, get the town on board and drill. We are the exception that gold is hard to find on earth. This is a gold bearing shear zone that goes for miles trapped inbetween two rock formations. It does not get better than this because the shear is massively wide and high in ...more

Paulson. Nice. That's good to know. TTF
Comment by CaseProdemo on Feb 26, 2024 9:04am
Paulson has shown no intrest in junior exploration. Not in Detour either. He gets in later in the life cycle. My hope is he is waiting for the FS to be complete. This is just a guess on my part. We also have big money managers in Europe that already own shares waiting for the study to commit more.I was born there and called them. It is all depending on a few more ounces to get it over finish. De ...more

Knowing there are horses in the feild who know him is a big bonus ... all GP has to do is show up at the fence with an apple ....and they will come running.

Re Re Deep hole  the way I see it I bought this stock and lots of it for a retirement  income I got 10 years to go.There is my guess 80-90 million OZ GOLD to be mined here so a mill will be built north of town next.I,am certain GP has this in the books our little company is going to be a producer of gold
Comment by CaseProdemo on Feb 29, 2024 10:51am
Wow that is a big number 80 million ounces. If you go down 3-4 km over the 70 mile shear you could get there but remember it is gold not silver and gold is elusive. A lot of that gold is not economical so not in play. Too deep and low grade. You need to find the high grade spots to make this work. I would be happy if we get to 10% of your dream: 8 million over the next 5-10 years and getting on ...more

Speaking of optimism, we should be at ...in ...or thru target number 1, the con shear heading to our deeper main target the Campbell shear...... could GP be saving some news for PDAC?  con shear could be a significant jewelry pocket, god only knows what lays between the con and the Campbell shear. in ten years from now that existing 100 plus million dollar 5000 ft deep Robertson shaft ...more
