Acquisitions

You have to wonder why they want to do random buyouts now. Don't they have a platform that supposedly has the ability to give them 10% market share in advertising? Why on earth would they waste cash on acquisitions? 

Why is CEO not buying more shares? He has opportunnity to do so now.
