Looking forward to it. After the acquisition news on Friday my conviction on the company has never been higher. It's puzzling that there isn't more interest right now after almost potentially doubling revenues in an acquisition with very favorable terms for YOO.

Currently there is low visibility on the exact details of the deal Eg. liabilities/expenses being taken on, current revenue numbers, etc. Hopefully we get a clearer picture in the coming weeks, maybe in conjunction with Q1 results.

The line in the press release where they stated that they expect to pay for the earn-out consideration portion of the acquisition through cash flow generated over that period bodes well for future earnings outlook. That tells you that after analyzing the numbers they're expecting 1M+ in earnings per year.

Yes, but I would argue there would have been 1 mil+ cash flow without the acquisition. The question is, how much value is added?  It looks promising to me, but again I think large investors may wait until they can see EXACT details. eg. Does DMS have debts?  Are they currently operating at a loss? (I'm guessing yes based on the value we bought at).  Would love to see a complete ...more

Agree...execution is key. Hoping to see 1 + 1 = 3 ( or 5 ) This is a big bite, and has the possibility of being transformational. The bank obviously bought in, which is very encouraging. This company will, one way or another, look very different in a couple of years....I'm guessing we'll be pleased.

Gents, I had a quick listen to the conference call of last week. What i take from this: 4. All values related to DMS, including acquisition costs, are in USD; 3. Other acquisitions are likely, but maybe not in the near future; 2. Combined company will focus on organic growth; 1. There was a grand total of ZERO question asked to upper management at the end of the call; Point #1 is what is the ...more

While it may have helped visibility if DMS was a publicly traded company, it also likely would have been a much costlier acquisition. I do agree that management needs to improve visibility to increase shareholder value though. Perhaps through a listing on one of the more well known U.S. exchanges?

Where you think we head if they can report 300k-500k cashflow tomorrow?  The SP will follow.  If we get a head of steam, the momomentum flippers will come. The question is, who really wants them?  I don't mind the slow accumlation that is occuring here the past 6 months or so.  Remember, we have doubled in that time...Not bad.

Well I thought the acquisition news might push us into the .30 range. I would be satisfied with that in the short term. Remember even if DMS revenues don't return to pre-pandemic levels this acquisition still pushes YOO yearly revenues into the 11M+ range. Given what we saw in Q4 it's reasonable to expect revenue to not only return to pre-pandemic levels but grow this year. I'd have to ...more

"Remember even if DMS revenues don't return to pre-pandemic levels this acquisition still pushes YOO yearly revenues into the 11M+ range" Yes, but we are taking on DMS operations and employees, incurring many costs in the process.  What would be the point of adding 4 million revs if it incurred 4.5 mil in expenses?  Again, they just need to lay out the DMS financial ...more

If 1+1=3 (or 5), no DMS layoffs required. Even keeping things on an even keel as they integrate requires all hands on deck...with expansion following. Am assuming they have acquired a skilled group of employees whose services can now be offered to YOO present customers ...ie expanding our offering. Also, occurs to me DMS might have slimmed down due to pandemic. Anyway, i thing their employees have ...more
