With the current transition in TV/ad biz, this was critical in order to provide video delivery to desktop/mobile/CTV etc. (And keep up with competitors) Note that Innovix first partnered with Adstream earlier this year (and were taken out mid year by Extreme Reach). This is a necessary tech upgrade to keep pace with competitors. Whether this drives revs via ad delivery to a more diverse and ...more

No problem tannin. As you can see, an announcement like this, while somewhat positive, will not be a share price mover. They need to deliver good earnings on a consistent basis to move us upwards. The 1.3 billion dollar valuation and Innovid looking to expand their advertising footprint were the two things that really stood out to me as when I was researching them the other day. It makes sense for everyone involved for them to buy out YOO. I would expect to see a few more insider purchases in the coming months if that's going to be the case.

I'm pretty sure there is a blackout period for insider buying in the month of earnings release (November), that's what it seems to have been in the past. Again, this is pure speculation re: buyout. But there has been a lot of activity in adtech, so I dare to dream. One thing is that we have division (music and awards) that is completely out of their wheelhouse. So those assets would need ...more

It looks like Innovid Bridge also partnered with Comcast as well.  The process of the their new workflow is provided in the following link. There is a lot of industry jargon, so it may be hard to follow: https://www.comcasttechnologysolutions.com/partners/innovid
