Looks like at this discount to the "portfolio" investments the company should start a Normal Course Issuer Bid immediately to buyback shares.     They have some cash on the books and could start selling down (and out)   the smaller positions on the books and use those proceeds to buyback shares.

Shrink the float and increase the Net Asset Value per share for the remaining shares at this good discount to the NAV.

Should be pretty easy to create a lot of value for shareholders by following a simple program. 1)    Sell down the portfolio of securities over a reasonable period of time depending on liquidity and trading prices,    and 2) use the proceeds to buy back shares in the open market NCIB and/or in a Substantial Issuer Bid  at these way undervalued prices.      ...more
