Did you catch this in the NR

 and has successfully passed Canadian requirements as a level 1 Medical Device for ASTM Level 1,2 and very recently, level 3, the highest level for surgical masks.

I'm sure HC will clarify if they still have the classification or whether they will pause to re-evaluate.  Just need some time.
