Construction's Graphene Revolution Has (Finally) Begun

Construction's Graphene Revolution Has (Finally) Begun - YouTube

"3d printed, graphene-enhanced concrete is set to be deployed on one of the world's biggest infrastructure projects, HS2 - the UK's second high-speed rail scheme.

For the main line out of London Euston, parts of the retaining walls will be made from concrete thats 3d-printed by machines.

Microscopic strands of graphene will be applied to the mix, making the material so strong that no steel reinforcement will be needed. Replacing the need for rebar can make sites sites safer, offer greater flexibility, save time and money."

Perhaps it is just 3D printed strands that are mixed with the concrete to make it stronger....//??
