Pursuant to a resolution passed by shareholders on Sept. 27, 2021, the company has changed its name as follows. There is no consolidation of capital.
Effective at the opening on Monday, Nov. 1, 2021, the common shares of Zentek Ltd. will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange and the common shares of ZEN Graphene Solutions Ltd. will be delisted. The company is classified as a research and development in the physical, engineering and life sciences company.
