ZENTEK ANNOUNCES GRANT OF STOCK OPTIONS

Zentek Ltd. has granted 1.3 million options to directors, officers and employees of the company exercisable at a price of $4.25 per common share for a period of three to five years from the date of grant.

The options will vest one-third on the date of grant, one-third after six months of the date of grant and one-third after 12 months of the date of grant.

Seems a little generous to be awarding stock options ate the current price levels.

If I had something positive to say?  Mine to sell no takers. Competition, Yes? Zero revenues of interest. Piplines of growth pending research. Great product where is 3M  and there are others in the wings.
