What do you expect, Kaiser is a pumper who has the personality of a robot. I didn't think much about the Bighorn sheep - aparently Grape Creek is part of the Protecting America's Wilderness Act? Even if they hit, and the grade is there, can this be permitted? There's a lot of opposition. Many great projects have been mothballed because of environmental concerns, etc.

JMark, There recently was a large meeting for drill permitting. Zephyr has the support of the government and local permitting entities, otherwise it would have not made it this far. I would suggest looking back and researching some of this. Good question though.

Who cares? If we find an elephant one of the majors will buy it. It won't be our problem and the majors have lobbyists.

That's not how it works, majors are risk averse. Look at what just happened with Northern Dynasty's project.
