ZMA trading is halted this morning, June 22/20.....What`s up?

The CTO would seem regulatory in nature. My guess is management missed filing 2019 YE and 2020 Q1 results. Not sure how long the halt will last. Some leadership / communication from the company to clarify would be of value right about now. GLTA.
