ZMA TRADING HALT

There is no time limit....It could be a few days up to months...All depending when ZMA can satisfy the exchange demands....Maybe ZMA mgt prefers not to lift the trading halt...for whatever reason unknown to us retail investors....Has anyone try to contact IR?

I have a question. Any serious legal advice is welcome. Can we sue the company? I mean, for real, doesn't what they did or did not do as far as missing a deadline to file financials a gross negligence? Someone or as a corporate entity, don't they have a fiduciary responsibility? If this was trading, we'd be able to sell off even with a loss. As it is, I feel like the money is just ...more

Sue them for what? They have no money/revenue. They have a patent

kumsalo, fair points made and I hear your frustration. Keep in mind there were circumstances which delayed the filing however it probably should not take 2 months to remedy the matter. Management could provide a status update to shareholders. Seems a prudent thing to do as there has been close to two months of silence.
