“The proceeds of the private placement will be usedfor exploration work on the Company's mineral properties and general workingcapital.” Dear CEO, with the $1,200,000 to be raised, what kind ofexploration work are you going to do? Why don’t you just say the money raisedis going to be used to pay your salary?
Didn’t you just promote ZNR not too long ago on theStockhouse that ZNR had good cash position? You forgot that? A reverse splitand name change won’t hide your company’s past.

Shellfish....why are you so bitter??  Do you think they sold .12 shares to possibly family or friends ( most non brokered deals are with friends or family) if they thought the share price would stay at .12 or lower.  The airborne is a good start to get this thing going soon .

Its true thats not a lot of money for exploration. Its frustrating though, im in @.20 cents 120k shares.  In about a month sp drops to .12c .......WHAT GIVES? But i do believe in this or else i would not invest so much.......  I Think?
