Zone Resources Inc. is a petroleum and natural gas exploration company engaged in the business of identification, acquisition, and exploration of petroleum and natural gas reserves with high potential resource prospects. It is also engaged in identification, acquisition and exploration of natural resource properties. The Company's core assets are undeveloped petroleum and natural gas leases held on lands located in the state of Tennessee. It holds 100% working interests (50% respectively) in two blocks of land known as the Dyer Creek and South East Edison claims, each 320 acres (net 320 acres). On March 11, 2011, the Company acquired an option to purchase a 100% undivided interest in the Girard Iron Ore Project, which consists of 7,200 hectares located in Nunavik, northern Quebec, Canada. On April 25, 2011, the Company acquired an option to purchase a 100% undivided interest in the Moore-Ross Iron property, which consists of 4,000 hectares located in Nunavik, northern Quebec, Canada.
