What am I missing

Been in since 2014. Zinc at almost highest price (1,63), ZNX at almost bottom/lowest price (bids at 0,105). And a very, very quiet Varshney family. What am I missing?

If you have been watching this stock for the last ten years, then you must know that the people at the helm do not know how to run the show.
