its legit

This offer is legit, thats what the halt was for.  Company and IIROC halted the stock to make sure offer was not bogus.  If it was bogus all trades would have been expunged, however, instead all previous trades were good and they let it go again.
Vaaldiam should surely take this offer considering the Tiomin offer was worth only about 0.025 cent a share.

Its a hostile takeover ...there is not a lot of negotiations to be done unless there is other suitors or those involved already, may up the Ante.......Time will tell. TIO del is real....this hostile

Yes, the offer is legit, and it is with CASH. No potential financial complication. It's a good deal compared to the pathetic $0.028 offered by TIO. I think VAA should accept the offer. Otherwise we the shareholders should PROTEST!!! ----------Original Message Posted 2/1/2010 10:19:18 PM---------- Its a hostile takeover ...there is not a lot of negotiations to be done unless there is other ...more

I posted this on the TIO board and I think I should post it here as well.Mr. Michael Bailey co-founded Dunn Capital Partners in 2005 in Ottawa and serves as Managing Director for the firm.Mr. Bailey developed and teaches his trading methodology and discipline to DCP’s traders. His managed trading group is focused on global base metals, commodities and equity trading within the framework of high ...more

it's hostile takeover. Once the offer is official, VAA must respond. VAA maangement won't tender their shares because if the takeover is successful, they all may have to resign. What Mike needs to do is to secure 51% of shares. It doesn't matter if VAA management sell their shares. One of the strategies of VAA management is to purchase more shares from the market to prevent Mike ...more

If Bailey is trying to pump up the price via a "hostile takeover" to profitably sell his stocks, I believe there will be legal repercussions if it was true.

Not only that, but not a lot of shares traded hands today if you look at the large picture..less then 1.5% of the float. I doubt he's gonna stick his neck out for a few million bucks here or there... he's worth a lot more then that, nor is he that stupid.
