This probably explains the hostile bid. Diamond and diamond trade are going to be a big investment pet in Canada. IMO SP of VAA is going to surge much higher. If the offer price is US$0.07 = CAD$0.075 (today's rate)in cash, what would be the worth of the company in Michael Bailey's mind? Certainly more than the meagre 30% ($0.091/share)!!! And if there is a counter-offer, we can easily see this share at 10s, which is still very cheap!!! The offer expires on March 1. The huge volume today will put this stock under the radar screen of many investors. I expect more to join the ride the next few days. It's going to be a very interesting month!!!
