POSITIVE $$$$$ PEC $$$ NPV 107% $$
IMO the only reasons we are not seeing a better increase in SP today are:
1. TSX having another contrary day like yesterday. (High CDN dollar scaring market?)
2. Two NPV's widely apart, yet both positive. They would be wise to choose the right Co. for the Final Assessment.
3. News heavy day with a lot of business news to digest. Unlike me on this one, some people actually do DD. IMO,
it might take people a few days to get through their DD on this one, then we'll see what SP does.
What I like about VAA:
1. Project in Brazil who's economy has done probably the best since 08/09 recession. Incentives to boot.
2. Open pit, VAA should be able to finance with GOOD existing cash flows from several sources. $4 milion bonus
if the one sold property goes to production. Holding shares of companies bound to appreciate.(ACH more DD).
3. Mine start-ups usually have a few hiccups. If they can improve the gold recovery it might get the markets attn.
4. Mgmt seems able to get things done, sale of non-core assets for good terms and getting excellent NPV on one
PEC. (time will tell @ this mine, any improvements and NPV could be even higher next time, till then many news
worthy items they can report to the market to keep any momentum going.)
