If vaa sells the fleming shares for .50cts (10625000 shares) and we have 80,000,000 shares o/s does that not give us another .066 cts/shares on top of what is already offered?

Can't get my head aound as to why the Flemish Gold holding has not been included in the deal. Very fishy.If I were to speculate, this holding in Flemish Gold will be sold for peanuts. And to whom? Our current directors/management.will in some way be involved in this deal.

Seems like the buyer wants to ride the royalties to their full value once each project is in production.  At that point they will have doubled their investment.  But they're taking the risk of development delays and indefinite deferals.  Pukaqaqa is potentially the most valuable, but it's still at feasibility stage with no commitment to construct a mine yet.  Milpo
