Licence question

I have just been reviewing the federal application site for medical licence:

It seems to state there that the facility inspection comes after the Licence to Produce is issued, and at the time cultivation begins. If Vodis is undergoing facility inspections, does that mean they already have a Licence to Produce? I am trying to ascertain where they are in the process.

That's what I read a few weeks ago from a company can't remember the name.....they received cultivate and selling licence at the same time....VP could all surprise us all a sudden with a halt.....

If you are saying that the licence is "just around the corner", can you tell me at what stage they are at? Do they have a Licence to Produce? Have they had the Introductory Inspection? I understand that they are not growing in the Delta facility at this point, so my assumption is that they can't be further along with the process than that. Do you know what stage they are at?

they will need their cultivation license first, then sale license. They are very close on their cultivation license, security issues have been fixed and submitted back to Health canada for review. HC is very slow... glta

Why do you say they are "very close"? If I read the Health Canada website correctly, the security issues would not be dealt with until after the Licence to Produce has been issued, and the cultivation is starting. First stage is Licence to Produce, then facility inspections after that. If they don't have their Licence to Produce, why would Health Canada be inspecting the facility? It

Do you know what nearly complete is.....just guessing....nearly complete could be today...tomorrow or next week.....

I know what nearly complete means. There are stages to completion of most things, and the HC approval process appears to have some fairly clear stages. It looks to me like Vodis is still early in the process, but you are saying they are "nearly complete". What milestones have they completed? I am not trying to bash this stock. I hold a position and it would benefit me if it did well. I
