Ivan had advertised on VP in 2016 squandering about 20k as an attempt to get retailers to buy into the company. Myself among others discovered that Vodis had not acknowledged they did not attempt to file with HC. Take this into account !

Their files indicate Vodis finances are a travesty!!! They need to fire Ivan or they will be bankrupt in a matter of time.

1. -reverse split follows dilution
2. -private placement gives away share at .26 cents and thats coming up!
3. -they never filed for health canada just maintain prospectus vague results
4. -27 pot companies started afrer vodis 95% have both sales and cultivation 5% only cultivation
5. -there are ony a few  people on here posting trying to get ppl to buy as they pump and then sell to reap the rewards from penny gains but the volume is gone due to the way shareholders were treated
6. -They can not reap proceeds from washington its illegal they only have razor thin revenue for branding and a rental income
7. -its been 5 years Ivan is a majority stake holder and if you go to delta right now and look at the facility they have debt obligations on its empty! not a car is parked there
8. -the tenants can leave any time and are furious at Ivan! They will find another location and afford it by subleting and BECAUSE THEIR TENANT HAS FULL RIGHTS TO THE PRODUCT IVAN AND THE FAILING VODIS PHARMACEUTICALS CAN NOT UNDER PENALTY OF THE LAW!
9.  But I digress Vodis is not a good place to buy shares to gamble on.

This organization had plent of time to fulfill its prospectus and its liable to attempt another reverse split and dilution. 

All of you worked hard for your morning becareful!!!! There are many organizations out there with legitimate industry players.

You can even find the the Walrus magazine and read up on Ivan and his questionable choices!!!

Stockhouse thinks they will get another advertising run from Vodis and thats why they silence honest people!!!
But take it for what its worth no other enterprise has been so inept at achieving any of its goals. Money goes in from a retailer and Ivan uses debt to make the operation go.

Just search; it came out 5-6 years ago and it outlines Ivan’s divorce his illegal market affiliations before royal ascent and the prelude to the way things wpuld go horrible for investors in this venture. lmfao thats probably the most positive side to the lack of fundamental execution. The kid was over his head. Divorce them from the company or expect another reverse split with dilution. The
