At this stage, the legalization date is meaningless to Vodis. It would be impossible for them to have product ready for sale in time if they were licenced a month ago. That advantage is forever lost to the company. I can't remember exactly when, but they talked about Health Canada requesting security improvements some time ago, and that the company was complying and that the licence was coming

The product in WA does not belong to Vodis, it is grown by the tenant and sold with a Vodis brand. I think it would be difficult and impractical, if not impossible, for Vodis to bring this product into Canada for didtribution. so... What in the hell are you talking about?

I don't think you know what you're talking about. They own the product, they just aren't able to make money off of it. It's their product, that's why it has their brand on it, and how they are able to control the quality of it. It would be very easy to move product from WA to BC.
