VP started ACMPR at the same time as Canopy and Aphria.

Yet 11 days to legalization and after painful consolidation and questionable 10 cents 20 million PP with 20 million warants at 15 cents, there is no license

If you cannot see the mismanagement of this trash then you are either naive or delusional. VP was among the early players in marijuana. Started almist at the same time as Canopy Growth, Aurora and Aphria in 2013. Today VP is still a trash with no future while others have done well.
