History repeating?

I hope I'm wrong but if history repeats itself then SP should dump another 20% or so (with no news). Then should be the next reverse split, followed up with an NR stating "final submission to HC for inspection" again. Imminent license my azz!! I'd rather see a license issued but we shall wait and see.

You're right, that's not SUPPOSED to be how it works but has happened in the past. Ok enough negativity - to the moon!! (maybe, if there is an actual license issued that is).
