The wait is normal
i took a look at Supreme Pharmaceuticals and they got their license after about three months from the announcement the submitted... if health Canada follows a timeline/process that is similar for each candidate then we still have a week or two... and if Christmas holidays are factored in then maybe three... just a matter of time... :)

Also, take into account there was a 2 month long postal strike in Ontario anyway (Federal Gov headquarters in Ottawa) around the time that VP submitted their evidence package. Not implying anything.
