Is there anything happenning here?

So the old CEO is out, and VODIS is getting out of the business in the US. Has anyone seen any estimates of the equity vs debt for the US operations? Does the company anticipate coming away with cash or debt? What is going on with the HC application? Is there any concrete information regarding this? I hope I'm wrong, but this company appears to be in a "run out the money" operating mode.

According to the website and the conversation I had with Earl.... they are selling the US facility and that capital will be used to fund the Canadian operation to profitability.

OK, if they sell the US facility, how much capital will that provide? I think it could easily net nothing, or even leave VODIS with more debt. As far as funding the Canadian operation to profitability, there is no possibility of profit without HC approval. Since the inception of the company any references to licencing have been wrong or deliberately misleading. The only real news will be HC ...more
