Earl on Twitter

"Thank you. I do my best. It’s true though that I am highly disrespected here. I saved this company and shareholders are basically: ‘That’s nice, what have you done for me lately’. Stay tuned."

Kudos to Mark for having the patience that he does here - I would have separated him a year ago and never looked back.

This kind of public displeasure by Earl is pretty unproffessional looking. This is the kind of thing that could be signalling future instability in the company and hold back shareprices. That's just how I would see it if I  hadn't already bought into the company. Let's hope nothing goes sour this thing looks like it finally has a shot in hell of getting us all our money back.

I'm not being paid to be professional.  I'm not being paid at all. Earl
Comment by Calgary1111 on Feb 24, 2021 5:53pm
there is no way earl is this childish. I'd suspect this is a short trying to make the company look bad and chaotic by airing false dirsty laundry on stockhouse. That's the only reasonable explaination for this kind of stupidity.

Call management. :)

I would think it is Earl since same thing is going on on his Twitter account. The only thing I would like right now is to see some sales numbers at some point. They say they sell a lot so the numbers should be great. Been a long wait.

sales won't matter if we owe Earl money as he claimed and things get messy. He "hopes" that it doesn't come to that. The fact that has even been mentioned PUBLICALLY  is a problem, the last thing we need is a threat of possible legal issues. Upper management needs to sort this public spat out. Its a disgrace. its bearish for the share price if this spat hangs around and ...more

Oh I totally agree with you. Something needs to be done but for now, our voice means sweet nothing to the management. Every question we ask remains unanswered unfortunately. Is there anyone here that has an idea of how many shares are owned by management team and prices paid? Thanks

Sorry, I'm not getting your comment here. Insider holdings are publically visible via filings. Additionally, management just released a detailed report including every single warrant (which are also publically viewable via filings).  It is all there, you just have to go look. It's a pubco - management must file when they buy, sell, grant...etc. Also, you can call management at any ...more

Sorry for the confusion. But indeed I was being a bit lazy and was trying to avoid having to search for the info by asking here. The important thing for me at this point is to know the % still owned by insiders. But thanks for the reply. You could share some DD of your own if you have the time. Seems like you know more than the average person coming here about GNOM. Anything would be appreciated.

look on their twitter, they show some medical places selling 7grams of this craft cannabis for $52! not exactly getting top dollar for our product. The store in town here sells their 3.5 for the same price. At 52 bux for 7 grams they aren't getting nearly enough as that includes packaging costs and no doubt some mark up for the medical dispensery. I won't sell and lock in my losses on this ...more

I give myself another year. What is the difference at this point. I have been holding this thing for 5 or 6 years already but I do not have any hopes to tell the truth. I am almost hoping that a bigger player will buy them out.

Agree with all concerns - just remember that Q4 of last year (where we showed that revenue of 200K) was when the quality of the product really started to become known - we didn't start selling out until late last year. I am pretty sure we already have two harvests in this current quarter. Then on top of that we are doubling our output. To put that to some numbers, we could potentialy show 400 ...more

we sell quarters  our "premium craft" on medical sites for cheaper than Aurora or Pure sun farms sells their shwaggy herb for on the rec market. How will we turn a profit selling a bunch of our herb for cheap on the medical market? looks like the company is run by bleeding heart liberals who don't care about making a profit yet upper management (except Earl) is all taking big ...more

Look closely at the screnshot - these are smalls -  the lower canopy slag. It is better to sell these like this or pre-rolls than throw them away, weed snobs shy away from anything that isn't perfect (the gnomestar reviews should speak to themselves).  You are also looking at a medical source. Medical prices SHOULD be cheaper for compassionate reasons. I paid 49.99+tax for 3.5 of ...more

Time will tell and hopefully you are right. I prefer to keep my expectations low with this one.
Comment by Calgary1111 on Mar 03, 2021 1:38pm
medical should NOT be cheaper grow up. Or if it is let Aurora and their cheap stuff satisfy that market.  All that does is keep us losing money and getting diluted when we sell for lower.  Grow up that's not how the world works we need to make a proft.
Comment by TenFingers on Mar 03, 2021 1:44pm
These are smalls - the stuff that nobody will buy on the snob rec market. Our product is going for top dollar lol. Every LP is doing this - pre-rolls, smalls, edibles, extracts, etc... the slag is otherwise worthless.
