Another Earnings Reaction

EPS of $0.01 beat estimates of ($0.018) and revenue of $72.45M beat estimates of $68.74M. The company has shown some solid growth over the last several quarters and is posting a small profit. The company is expected to be fully profitable next year and sales are expected to grow by 42%. The valuation is pretty cheap here, and its balance sheet is OK. We would hold VFF here as although sales growth has been excellent, we would like to see more consistent progress on the profitability side. That said, we think this is one to watch in the cannabis industry though.

So said the team at 5iResearch who have never been particularly fond of the MJ sector. GLTA
