Just the oiljack guys are selling

On another BB the crowd was advised to sell at the bottom here and get in at the top over there.  v.MMT

Big rush to dump.

We shall see in a few months if it was good advice.

"On another BB the crowd was advised to sell at the bottom here and get in at the top over there.  v.MMT"   MMT closed at  -.16, hit a  .24 at one point. For one day at least, it would have been better to do the opposite!

I gotta say, unless you NEED the money, anyone who bought higher and has held on this long would be a tard to sell here. That is why this has traded as it has, downward momentum started from the spartan miss, so the big boys that know there's great value here push the snowball as hard as they can to load up for the next ride. Currently this is a BUY op... MMT right here is a missed boat. Don ...more

I find it quite funny you mention MMT's float as " very unattractive" but yet your profile says your into CNE which until a recent 10-1 consolidation had almost a BILLION shares out FD. FYI- If certain potential news on MMT becomes fact THEN it will be a missed boat. JMHO.

I can't even rememeber the last time I updated my profile. Pretty sure it was over a year ago.   My only current holding is 22,000 shares of PRY at 1.75 ACB. I day trade the E-mini now. It's much better suited for what I'm trying to accomplish.

Wawa33, I see, so you where only into companies with a billion shares out last year but not anymore. Got it.

Sure was, for about a week. That entire portfio was fake, I've held most of those companies but just for a quick flip after a dip. I think I was curious to see how those guys would do over time so I made that portfolio to track them. Anything else you'd like to try and call me out on? I'm not really a long term investor, as I said the only stock I hold is PRY, and that's just to ...more

waw33, Right, a fake portfolio just for fun??? Perhaps. You say your not a long investor yet you want to see what PRY vs MMT is in a years time??? OK I'll take you up on PRY vs MMT in a years time  but let's not live in the past and start with todays close of PRY @ 1.11 and MMT @ 1.99. Tecnically I win either way I win as I own both as long as one or both don't tank. PS. A ...more

Lets see..  a couple of percent improvement here, 30 cents off MMT there, about 15% swing so far against the sage advice on the other BB.
